New Campus Facility, Research Triangle Park, NC
The New Campus Facility ultimately incorporates research laboratories, pilot plant facilities, animal facilities and office areas which have been consolidated into one permanent facility. The core facility is over 1,000,000 gsf, with 635,000 nasf. EPA organizations included in the program are the Office of Research and Development (ORD), Office of Air and Radiation (OAR) and the Office of Administration and Resources Management (OARM). Laboratories were designed to meet a flexible and modular laboratory block, with a service corridor and racetrack circulation. Full occupancy will be achieved in 2002.
