Robert H. LubalinPrincipal Robert H. Lubalin is a principal at GPR Planners Collaborative, Inc., specializing in the programming, planning and design of government-related laboratories. As a former associate partner of a major architectural design firm in New York, Mr. Lubalin brings over 22 years of experience to the firm. He is an associate member of the American Institute of Architects, and has lectured on the topic of Laboratory Planning before the National AIA and New York City AIA Conventions. Mr. Lubalin holds a Bachelor of Architecture from The City College, City University of New York and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Syracuse University.
