Mr. Costello has 34 years of experience supervising projects through all phases, including schematics, design development, construction documentation and construction administration. This includes the preparation of time schedules and manpower estimates with respect to the project tasks, fee breakdown and salary budgets. He has also been responsible for the coordination of the drawings and specifications and consultants in order to accurately incorporate the project requirements into the contract documents. Mr. Costello has filled the role of Principal, Business Operations for over 14 years, overseeing the staffing, scheduling, coordination and quality of all projects throughout Jacobs Consultancy/GPR.
