Mr. Czenszak is an associate principal for GPR Planners Collaborative, Inc. Chris has over 10 years of experience with GPR in the design and renovation of laboratory facilities. His expertise involves planning and design of academic and institutional laboratories and animal facilities. His assignments include existing facilities analysis, design concepts, and macro- and micro-level development of laboratory and animal facilities.

Cancer Research Building, New York, NY … designed research, core laboratory and vivarium space for new cancer research facility with maximum efficiency and flexibility in systems, technology and laboratory layout.

University of Michigan
Biomedical Science Research Building, Ann Arbor, MI… was charged with the task of designing a first class laboratory building for the University of Michigan Medical School. The new 279,000 NSF Biomedical Science Research Building (BSRB) addresses the important need for interaction between members of the research community as well as the interaction between students and faculty for research in cancer, neuroscience, molecular cell biology and computational science.

University of Colorado Health Sciences Center
Research Complex 1 at Fitzsimmons, Denver, CO…designed research laboratories for 385,000 NSF biomedical research facilities. Basic research findings discovered in the UCHSC laboratories become translational initiatives through interdisciplinary programs which have achieved national prominence including programs in molecular biology, neuroscience, genetics, cardiovascular diseases, and cancer research.
